COMMUNICATION BY HIERARCHY AND KNOWING YOUR DUTIES AS A LEADER

In Oder to effectively digest the subject we will have to look at it from its various angles, and there are five angles to it.

Communication, Hierarchy, Knowledge, Duties and off course Leadership! 

(1) Communication - something that is communicated by, to,and between people or groups. 

Communication is in three dimensions,

(a) communication by; this implies, once self! This is a correctional facility of self examination, used to rehearse a goal or a finish line.self rebuke for the purpose of a goal.

(b) communication to; this implies, to another. The implication here is that an instruction is given that often times benefits the recipient, putting him or her in a cue for divine acceleration for a miracle, every miracle is commensurate to an instruction, the instruction you keep commends you to a miracle, I.e your miracle is communicable by the instructions you keep.

(c) communication between; this implies, within (mutual, among parts) This takes up the form of a covenant. And a covenant oftentimes is between two persons, it implies that both parties are involved mutually, having equal stakes.

Every communication is a connection as well as a link, people are not connected more than they are communicated (to). People don't move in space they move in order of a link, they move in circles, and every circle presents a sphere of influence, and the order of each circle is communication! Communication is key because it's mobility for the soul towards destiny.

(2) Hierarchy - the organization of people at different ranks in an administrative body.

The purpose of Hierarchy is to mentain order and balance, and every hierarchy speaks of a Government and there are no government without a people and the government of a people is a Nation, so what we talk about structurally is the construction of a Nation, how do you recognise a Nation? Is by it's government, so in clerical terms we see a society of people whose goals are commoniced. The absence of government in a society is Lawlessness, and the objectivity of lawlessness is recklessness, success is unachievable in a condition of lawlessness. order and balance then! Becomes sacrosanct, to the growth of every institution, the science of HIERARCHY is communicable by its technology. Communication is key, to the art of a successful institution. The use of professional words here is not for the grandeur of ambiguity, but it is a deliberate attempt against the religion of mediocrity. The church is an institution of grace and excellence. This we must not compromise! 

The essence of communication is HAMONY and BEAUTY which stages ENTERTAINMENT it comes with a note of REST and it's synonymous to the worship of FAITH.  Take the anatomy of the human body for example and you will be amazed at the rhythm that networks it's entertainment, perfect synchronization of its various parts; where one stops the other takes over in a bond of connection, the stage is set and promoted for the other, wow!

(3) Knowledge - the psychological result of perception,learning and reasoning.

Three gates to knowledge; Perception, Learning and Reasoning. The channel for knowledge is interest. You've got to be interested in something to know about it.

For   Knowledge to be powerful, the subject must be; Known, Understood and Accepted. You  accept knowledge by your belief, and whatever you believe, you Empower!

This talks about your disposition to your assignment, do you know the implication of your duties or position? It's with the destinies of people, if yours truly you do! You won't toil with every moment you have with them, the consequence is that what you  do today, does not only stay around today it goes into the future, the consequence of today therefore, is the future. Every leader is a gift and every people is a gift, the reason why God gives leader, is because He gives people. You are not different from what you know, people are people and not object, mistakes are made by people that's the essence of growth. Accept people when they make mistake and correct them, do not turn a blind eye to their mistakes, that's how growth is provoked.

(4) Duty (ies) -work that you are obliged to perform for moral or legal reasons.

Your performance is rated by your work, you can't work at a performance if you have not worked at your work, it's noble to know that promotion is documented by work.

Promotion and maturity grows with responsibility, if you have not been responsive towards duty, you have undermined growth by development ( He that knoweth to do good and fails to, to him it's a sin.) how you profit work by labour is reward( thou shall love The Lord thy God with all thine heart, thy soul and thy might) you document reward by work. There is a mind-set to this effect, it's the consciousness that liberates you to the rights of the blessing. You are not blessed until you are a blessing, and becoming a blessing is the advantage of a duty, it's not monotonous but  a fellowship between God and man, your duty allows you for mastery, and every mastery is a gained dominance, it becomes habitual to succeed by (a) duty. Success is cheep to the habit of (a) duty, you got to understand that how you promote the future is the duty of habit. Until you are pleasured by what you do, you are not pleasured by what you get

(5) Leader(ship) - the ability to lead. The ability is a regulation of control. The voice of leadership is the voice of control, success is controlled at leadership, understand the mystery of control over success, it's not to impose a limitation (over your success), but the nature of it is that for success to be success it must be regulated at/on leadership. Everyman deserve the duty of leadership by obedience, you can't have fellowship with the one you don't love, love is not an issue, Love is a person! God is LOVE. And  the one you don't love you can't obey, because obedience is anchored to a voice, the voice of love and love is schemed on/at acceptance, you cannot accept more than you can love, this is why the ground for change is acceptance, change cannot be adapted to or by until it is accepted and most times changes comes in human faces, everyone is called to lead and the way to lead is to be led,every leader as a leader because accountability thrives with leadership what you cannot account for you cannot be led by, accountability is adaptability and until this is fulfilled by it being maximised, leadership is no leadership but recklessness and recklessness puts up with a spirit that rebels against order and order is a mandate that connects and commends the control of success, success then is your ability to Forster influence on and over people, people follow people by influence, leadership is not commanded but influenced, influence is not commanded until it's developed and the roll call of influence is trust, trust is built in a relationship over time, you must understand that leadership is a marriage of persons to a people, this ladies and gentlemen is the organisation that liberates success in all institution, it's divine to knowledge. Leadership is divine to knowledge. Until you are free you cannot institute on leadership order wise you lead by corruption, leadership is an Opportunity to an ness and grow freedom and a passage to a roll call of destiny.

Therefore the communication of hierarchy and knowing your duties a s a leader is symbiotic to connection, you cannot lead more than you can connect, so until you connect, hierarchy is rebellion and leadership is a miss-fortune.

LIVING IN YOUR PROPHECIES 

Let's dissect this scripture into its various parts and try to see it from different angles and watch the picture it will present. "I will stand up-on my watch" up and on present a platform, which is his "watch"  and again watch suggest "time" (wrists watch) so what does this mean? It means Habakkuk is not just standing, it means u can't stand for nothing, you've got to be standing for something,and whatever you are standing for provides you a base that supports your structure, so therefore that base becomes a foundation, and every foundation is a strong hold and cross generational (I.e it lives to for other generation to see)and produce a  memory, it means He is standing on time, what this imply is that you make a demand, by you insisting on what and how things should be! This is because you know how things should be. "and set me on the tower" hmmm! This looks yummy! It does because it present a situation were what happened in the presiding statement cues Habakkuk up-on the tower, it puts him on same scale as the tower at the same time puts him on the same tower, gush! How is that possible? Notice the definite article there, "the, tower"  it sounds like, the name of The Lord is a strong tower and the righteous runs into it and they are safe" i think he is referring to God here, what this means is that the attitude of the presiding statement puts him in the God class and at the same time puts him on God as his support, source and resource, listen to the choice of words used afterwards, "...watch to see what He will say" in this context,  Do you watch to see or watch to hear? This is putting words to pictures, it means when God says a thing you should begin to see it in pictures, it also means that Gods words produce pictures. "and what I will answer when am reproved" by who? By situations and the devil, this attitude cultures a contoursness in you such that during the devil or situations you project what's in you. Verse 3, the vision has; time, voice and patience because it tarrys.  Take note of the words; though it tarry, it will not tarry. Doesn't this present a confused state? What this suggest is that it councils every form of idleness, while waiting for the vision you shouldn't be idle but be busy about the vision by working it out through faith, once this is the case you don't have to wait on time like it owe you something but you act out the laws of faith proclaiming your release in Jesus name! 

The mind Is delicate, delicate to control!

*make it plane - FOCUS  - strength

*he might runeth. - SPEED - skills/creativity/ahead/best/control/pace/technology

Everyman has a prophecy over his/her head, we are born to fulfill a script. Good or bad you are fulfilling the scripture!!
